Research On Entrepreneurs' Misconduct Based On Game Theory

In recent years, China has made remarkable achievements in economic development, rapid GDP growth in consecutive years, and gradually become an economic power, but it also exposed many institutional shortcomings in the market. China is a socialist country with public ownership as the Foundation, operating a mixed-ownership economy, and private companies together to develop State-owned enterprises. And the modern enterprise system is based on the separation of ownership and management, due to asymmetric information, business owners or principals ' interests tend to be from the agent(Manager) threats of improper conduct. Because agents seek to maximize their utilities at the same time, due to reasons for supervision, motivation, and the system is not perfect, leading agents often choose those acts which undermine corporate earnings to increase income. Especially for State-owned enterprises, because of the supervision system of all missing, incomplete, corruption of the wind, lead to serious loss of State-owned assets. Along with social progress, the Government on the reform of State-owned enterprises have increasingly tended to. 18 since Congress, government agencies, deepen the reform of State-owned enterprises, and recently the CPC Central Committee and the State Council issued the guidelines on deepening the reform of State-owned enterprises, to provide clear direction and goal of the reform of State enterprises.For managers in State-owned enterprises and private enterprises(agent) misconduct in the course of business, based on game theory in this paper focus on. This behavior is typical of executive misconduct on behalf of and for their classification to managers of integrity, hard work, reducing inappropriate behavior has a positive effect. Based on the principal-agent model, this article on State-owned enterprises, private enterprises classification modeling: State-owned enterprises, principal, supervisors and agents will be established tripartite model, studies and analysis; in private, will build two-game model of principal and agent. As trustee for State-owned assets in the State-owned enterprises and supervision for government officials, for the Corporation's Board of Directors are both principals and supervisors. Depending on the game model of research misconduct mechanism and how to effectively improve the efficiency of supervision so as inhibit misconduct. According to conclusions to improve the model and put forward relevant proposals and initiatives, provides a theoretical basis for the supervision of business, ensuring the long-term healthy development of the enterprise.
