In a country's financial system,commercial banks have played an important role.With the rapid development of China's financial market, the structure of the commercial bank's revenue have changed from traditional income to diversify income direction.Due to the limitations of the banking sub-sector regulatory system, although the proportion of non-interest income increased, but non-interest income is still very narrow scope of business,mainly in fee and commission income based. 2014, noninterest income accounted for 32.47 percent of China Merchants Bank revenues,including fee and commission income accounted for 82.98 percent of noninterest income. Thus it can be see that Merchants Bank interest obtained from the non-interest income inferior from traditional deposit and lending spreads.Currently,the non-interest income of developed countries' commercial banks have already accounted for more than 40% of total revenues,has become its mainstay business.This paper studies focusing on China Merchants Bank income structure,trying to analyze from various angles Merchants Bank income structure and from the size and structure of interest income and non-interest income,and comparing with other commercial banks. This article using the method of financial analysis,selecting the similar size of the investment bank's assets four other joint-stock commercial banks to analyze,and summarizes the problems of China Merchants Bank income structure,the current revenue structure What factors are also facing the impact. Finally,put forward recommendations purposefully to optimize the structure of the China Merchants Bank income structure,especially for Merchants Bank business ideas.
