With the development of our social economy,the development of financial industry ushered in the "spring",commercial Banks have been expanding,strive for the financial industry,in the fierce market competition for survival and development opportunities.At present,with the progress of science and technology,the enterprise technology,equipment and management method between the gap is more and more small,human resources gradually become an important part of enterprise core competitiveness.For the banking industry,grass-roots staff is the key of the its human resources management,as well as the foundation of bank competition.Due to the grass-roots staff in the bank’s local level is low,so often overlooked,this makes the grass-roots staff’s work enthusiasm affected,the work efficiency to sell at a discount greatly,some ability,high quality of professional staff at the grassroots level and therefore lost,the impact on the development of banking business.More attention to human resources management of construction bank XY branch,adopted various measures,through the perfect company system and management system,and motivate employees from multiple aspects,stimulate the potential of employees and work enthusiasm.But,at present the construction bank XY branches still exist more insufficient in grass-roots staff incentive,in terms of incentive mechanism and incentive system also needs to be perfected and the construction.This paper which is based on the economic situation and characteristics of talent,had carried out corresponding optimization study about the existing employee incentive system of China Construction Bank XY Branch,in order to explore the incentive system for its own employees,and make China Construction Bank XY Branch achieve the purpose of personal growth and business development in this talent competition battle.Firstly,the relevant theories of motivation of the sort,the current mainstream theory of motivation were introduced,including "hierarchy of needs," 、Adams’ equity theory."and so on,And make these as a foundation for theoretical researchSecondly,this paper had an introduction of basic situation for China Construction Bank XY Branch,gets the present employee incentive measures of China Construction Bank XY Branch,which including salary system,performance appraisal system,training system,promotion system and other incentives.And this paper has completed the survey of the current incentive measures satisfaction and incentive demand through the corresponding questionnaires and individual interview to existing employees of China Construction Bank XY Branch.This paper found out the main problems of the China Construction Bank XY Branch incentive system on the basis of in-depth analysis of the existing incentive system problems,which are incentive effects were remuneration,performance appraisal becomes a mere formality,failed to play an effective training incentive auxiliary,promotion system aging,incentives and other content is very limited.In this basis,according to the relevant motivation theory,set forth in detail the optimization incentive system to grassroots employees for China Construction Bank XY Branch,including reforming the salary system,improving the performance appraisal system,strengthening the incentive effects of junior staff training,broadening grassroots staff promotion channels,riching the content of incentives.This paper tried its best for meticulous and overall when quoted and analyzed the related theory and had the problem discussing and the countermeasures proposing for China Construction Bank XY Branch Incentive system,hoped to explore a set of sound and reasonable incentive management system and promote the healthy and orderly development of enterprises,which can has a certain reference value for other domestic commercial banks.
