Research On The Service Quality Of Social Security Agency

Our country is in the critical period of building a well-off society in an all-round way, and the high quality of public service has become the common pursuit of economic and social development. However, current around the s ocial security agencies is not unified service quality evaluation criteria, in service design, service improvement differ in thousands of ways, in the face of the new requirements of the future public service, social security ag encies must start from the service, and constantly improve the its own public service ability. In this paper, through the study of the current situation and problems of the service quality of China's social insurance agency, in order to provide reference and advice to improve the quality of service of social insurance agency.This study reference PZB SERVQUAL standard scale, in the original tangibles, reliability, response, ensure the five dimensions of empathy and design for social insurance institutions of the SERVQUAL table, and construct the social security agencies service quality research model. In Z County social security agencies, for example, empirical research and use spss21.0 and other analytical tools to analyze sample data obtained data. The results showed that the social security agencies service quality scale has good reliability and validity, the research model can very good to help in the study of the social insurance agency service quality problems. This study showed that the orgnaization of social security of five dimensions of service quality scale to orgnaization of social security institutions service quality significantly, in th e summary of the practice of the socia l security institutions in the county area, and reference to relevant literature on the basis, from the aspects of management system, talent team construction, foreign service capacity building proposed upgrade in Z County orgnaization of social security agency service ability, countermeasures and concrete measures.
