In this context, power companies have to increase new energy generation technology research and development, construction of new energy power generation projects, and increase the power generation technology, this series of operations require a lot of money, so the research of power industry financing strategy is conducive to promoting the reform of China's power enterprises, and promote the application of new energy power generation technology in ChinaAt present, there are many theories about enterprise financing strategy, but the research results are relatively few, especially for energy companies. The research on the financing strategy is very important for the research on the financing strategy of SN Power Co.,Ltd, this paper explores the problems existing in the financing strategy of SN Power Co., Ltd, and analyzes the main problems in the design of the enterprise financing system, which is very important for promoting the healthy development of SN Power Co., Ltd.The study found that SN Power Co., Ltd is company's current financing mode with blindness, lack of overall planning on financing strategy. In the selection of financing to bank loans, ignoring the equity financing, bond financing, financing application, which led to heavy burden of debt financing of enterprises, increase the financing costs, increased the burden on the enterprise operation, lead to increased operating costs, reduced the profitability of enterprises, increase the financial burden of enterprises, is not conducive to enterprise's long-term development. In view of the above questions, this paper is based on a percentage of sales, the budget of the financing needs of enterprises, and the financing period.This thesis holds that the SN Power Co., Ltd has a strong specificity of, on the one hand, the enterprise belongs to the state holding listed companies, enterprises have good social reputation and credit industry, on the other hand the enterprises in recent years has been in deficit condition. Therefore, in view of the reality of SN Power Co., Ltd, this paper believes that SN Power Co., Ltd should comply with the principle of first in the first outside, low cost financing, the amount of financing. On this basis, this paper puts forward the specific strategies of corporate debt financing and equity financing, hoping to improve the current operating difficulties of SN Power Co.,Ltd.
