A Study Of Performance Appraisal Improvement Plan Of Project Management Team Of CSCEC Fuji Sash Curtain Wall Co.,LTD.

The project management team is one of the core teams of construction enterprises of building curtain wall, its performance is directly related to the level of the ability of enterprise development. As the core part of performance management,performance appraisal is related to enterprises’ strategy, performance management,employee occupation development. In order to improve the company of CSCEC Fujisash’s management level, it is necessary to set up the project management team performance appraisal system which is suitable for the development of the company.By means of questionnaire, this paper points out the deficiencies of current performance appraisal plan, and analyzes the causes from the company’s past and present. Basing on the facts, following the principle of goal orientation, this paper uses performance evaluation method of the MBO, BSC, KPI to integrate the strategic objection of the project management into the assessment plan, adjusting and improving the evaluation index and weight, the subject and object, the method and process, the appraisal cycle and feedback, the results application and so on. Finally,this paper discusses the implementation conditions of the system from the aspects of improving the performance system, data collection, personnel training, and the barriers of implementation, security mechanisms, the expected results.By improving the performance evaluation plan of project management team, it enhances the work enthusiasm and initiative of the project management staff,organizational performance and employee growth, also enforces the company to transfer information and strategy management goal. The study can provide certain reference significance to similar corporations.
