| Along with economic globalization to promote speed,the negative impact of petrochemical agriculture brings environmental and food safety issues,so that people began to re-examine the relationship between economic activities developed under the people,man and nature.China as a developing and agricultural country,with the high speed developed industrial and petrochemical agriculture,a variety of pollution problems comes,seriously affecting the environent(air,water,soil contamination)and food quality and safety.With the rapid development of China's economy,living standards continue to improve,urban residents began to focus on the quality of food,personal health and environmental pollution problems,these factors have led us to understand the value and importance of the preservation of ecological agriculture.Community Supported Agriculture(CSA)the rapid development as a new model of agricultural production in China in recent years,by establishing between urban residents and farmers share both risks and benefits of cooperation between urban residents paid to farmers cost of production,together with farmers operate or entrust the farmers took the production of agricultural planting the next year or some time,sharing risks that may arise in the production process,in order to support the use of ecologically sustainable cropping patterns,consumers get healthy organic produce.Community Supported Agriculture(CSA)is the development of urban agriculture to the advanced stage of the product,grasp the public to participate in the behavioral intention is to promote the development of CSA foundation.This paper is under the city dwellers eager to have a good living environment and to promote healthy food in food quality and safety issues warning,based on the consumer behavior theory,theory of reasoned action,theory of planned behavior,this study constructed theoretical model and an example to the citizen of Hefei,to collect data through questionnaires,analyze the impact factors of public participation in CSA behavioral intention.This paper uses literature analysis Now build public participation in CSA behavioral intention of formation mechanism of the frame,and then using quantitative measurements,combining questionnaire and interview methods to May to July 2015 Hefei citizen random survey of 188 valid questionnaires were collected as samples,research results CSA factors affect people's participation behavioral intention.Firstly,on the basis of consumer behavior theory,theory of reasoned action,theory of planned behavior,the authors analyzed the impact factors public participation in CSA behavioral intention to build the framework of a theoretical model,and then use descriptive statistical analysis of survey data obtained preliminary analysis.Finally,stepwise multiple regression model of factors affecting the public to participate in CSA Hefei behavioral intention quantitative analysis,summarized the conclusions based on the results,and make recommendations.Through research and analysis,the conclusion of this article consists of the following: From the preliminary statistical analysis of the data,the overall participation of Hefei Citizens CSA behavior intention relatively high,while the level of education,family income level,family level of agricultural expenditure,number(elderly,children,pregnant women,diseases,etc.),special emphasis on healthy eating and other household demographic factors on public participation in CSA have a positive impact on behavioral intentions.By stepwise multiple regression analysis showed that the public's attitude to participate in the CSA,subjective norms,perceived behavioral control,the more positive perceptions of food quality and safety risk,the higher the behavior of its intention to participate in the CSA,also confirmed by the preliminary statistical analysis was a conclusion. |
