P2P lending is essentially an individual with an individual, peer to peer to provide Internet-based lending platform service,and achieve funds reached online mode of financing.The role of an P2 P lending platform can be divided into two types: investment and borrowers.The lending targets are small short-term loans, with high frequency, high density, and high risk range.With the rapid development of the Internet Finance, as a new lending practices,P2 P lending is not only an important component of "inclusive finance" in our country, but also a powerful complement to traditional financial sector. Therefore, based on the behavior of P2 P loans under the financial background of the Internet Research it is very meaningful.This paper analyzed the status of P2 P industry at home and abroad, based on the previous research. Put forward the research model and research ideas about the P2 P network lending behavior. Using python program to grab the massive data and the related information on the Paipaidai site and back test them. Combining data analysis platform Dato and SPSS, using Logistic regression and multiple linear regression. For the whole research model, the empirical analysis of the three aspects of "the willingness of investors", "borrowing costs" and "prospect theory", and the related results are analyzed. According to the results, we know that investors in the P2 P lending, with obvious "herding" and pay more attention to the borrowers to record the performance and so on a series of research results. At the same time, the conclusion of the analysis and Research on the major P2 P lending platform operating policies and regulatory policies related to the relevant recommendations. This paper is also the first application of Python technology and the combination of "prospect theory" to the quantitative study of the P2 P network lending behavior. To some extent, to fill the gaps in the field.
