E-finance since the yu'e bao launched in 2013 has aroused widespread concern,the development of e-finance in China is growing faster, so is the contribution to the Chinese economy. E-finance as a new financial model, is bound to have an impact on the traditional financial institutions, the first of which are the commercial banks.The third party payment business of e-finance has developed very mature which has produced a great impact on the payment business of the commercial banks; P2 P network lending business has become increasingly standardized, it will produce great influence on commercial banks' lending business in the future; The regulations of e-finance are continuing to improve and guide it develops healthily. As a whole,the impact of e-finance on commercial banks at present is still relatively limited, but in the aspect of convenience and widespread benefit,e-finance has more advantage than the traditional financial institutions, with the development of big data,cloud computing and other information technology,the rise of e-finance is unstoppable.E-finance has the advantages which traditional finance doesn't have, but it also has new risks.However,commercial banks have a wealth of risk control experience,with its long history and huge funds of its own, giving the customers a sense of trust,but they lack of Internet technology. In this situation,it requires to correctly handle the competing relationship and partnership between the commercial banks and e-finance enterprises,make full use of their respective advantages, and eliminate the shortcomings of each other through cooperation.This paper first analyzes the mutual influence of e-finance enterprises and commercial banks and countermeasures, and then through the SWOT analysis method, puts forward some proposals for cooperation.
