Research On The Effect Of Gansu Province?s Transfer Payment On Economic Growth Among Regions

Taking Gansu province as an example,by using the statistical data of Gansu province by using statistical analysis and econometric model analysis method,investigates the financial transfer payment policy in the narrow regional disparity in Gansu province.This paper mainly studies the regional economic disparity in Gansu province,the fiscal gap and effects on regional economic disparity of fiscal transfer payment,etc.Study adds to our understanding of financial transfer payment policy,for the use of fiscal transfer payment policy to narrow the gap in regional economy provides the beneficial reference.In this paper,the main findings are as follows: financial transfer payment,especially the general transfer payments will be sustained significant influence on economic growth;Special transfer payments in the form a complete set of requirements form of subsidies because of financial difficulties in Gansu province hurt economic growth,compared to the large amount of non-matching benefits form more suitable for the actual situation of Gansu province,also can have a positive impact on economic growth.Financial transfer payment has a significant role in promoting economic growth.In addition,the financial transfer payment in relatively developed city than the relatively backward city has a higher marginal output.This paper argues that,narrow regional economic gapshould be given to the principle of efficiency and fairness,in general should not interfere with the operation of the market mechanism.Shall,according to narrow the gap between social development between regions,therefore,the aim to regulate and improve the fiscal transfer payment system and optimize the structure of fiscal transfer payment,more equitable distribution of resources.
