In today's era,mergers and acquisitions have gradually been one of the important measures of enterprises to expand scale and gain right of control of target enterprises.The using of mergers and acquisitions can make enterprises expand sale rapidly,adjust industrial structure,improve the yield and decrease risks.Even though enterprises have the motivation of mergers and acquisitions in many cases,they have no idea of the capacity they can undertake,which is one of the most important reason of the failure of mergers and acquisitions.The author uses the method of qualitative and quantitative analysis,elucidates the elements' importance to the capacity of mergers and acquisitions by analyzing the element M&A capability and doing empirical research on current situation of culture media listed companies.Then the author puts forward corresponding suggestions on how the M&A capability elements can improve the mergers and acquisitions capability of Chinese culture media companies and influence mergers and acquisitions decision.
