China's Equity Crowdfunding Of Risk Analysis And Regulatory Advice

With the continuous development and innovation of the Internet financial,and equity crowdfunding relys on the advantages of "small,Volkswagen and low threshold" gradually joined the " Internet +" age,the birth of the equity crowdfunding marks a innovation of the Internet financing model,adds a vitality for the domestic market,and lets the medium,small and micro enterprises are no longer limited to traditional financing method,such as Banks,private equity and venture.Equity crowdfunding is conducive to the construction of multi-level capital market.But the emerging things also have imperfect side,the unique operation mode of the equity crowfunding is not suitable for the existing financial environment of our country.So,the first part of this paper is the literature review which could help to find the unsatisfactory development situation of equity crowdfunding in recent years.On the one hand,because of the shortage about equity crowdfunding,leading to facing very difficult development in China.On the other hand,China's behindhand financial policy and regulatory measures to a large extent hindered the development of equity crowfunding.Then,based on the current situation of the development,this paper mainly analyzes the different risks in different stages,regulation problems about equity crowdfunding in China,summarizes Foreign regulatory status at the same time,such as the United States,Italy and Britain,analysis of regulatory measures at home and abroad,points out that must be combined with the actual situation in our country,draw lessons from foreign experience,efforts to strengthen the construction of the regulatory system,and put forward regulation advice with four phases: qualification examination,financing subscription,operation performed and management after investment.I am looking forward to through a series of measures to effectively solve all the risks and regulatory issues that equity crowdfunding faces,set up a comparative perfect risk control system of equity crowdfunding,and add a new power to promote equity crowdfunding to rapidly growing.
