The Financing Case Analysis Of Chuying Agro-Pastoral-Based On Industry Chain Perspective

Capital is an extreme important resource for enterprise. Financing activities goes through the whole creating, surviving and developing process to business. Domestic enterprises have been facing the common problem of financing difficulties. In the capital market of China, listed agricultural companies are subject to be neglected. If agricultural enterprises want to develop in the fierce market competition, they must build and improve their industrial chain. Seeking to agricultural value chain is the only way for development of agricultural industrialization. However, in the process of nation's agricultural industrialization, the financial support to agricultural industrialization is limited. For the present, the level of development of agricultural industrialization lags far behind the agriculture developed countries because of the lack of funds and other reasons.The paper selects the domestic large-scale integrated farming and animal husbandry enterprise "Chuying Agro-Pastroral Group Co., Ltd."(hereinafter referred to as the "CYAP") as the research case. Under its unique “Chuying mode” and the perspective of the whole industry chain in the enterprise development, we analyzed the financing decisions in order to ensure the funds required for the industrial development. This paper is based on the perspective of industry chain to research corporate financing, starting from the CYAP industrial chain development road, finding out the funding pressures the CYAP has to face by analyzing the development strategy of industry chain. For relieving the funding pressure, the CYAP has to plan series of financing activities, which increase the financial risk in turn. In addition, the CYAP must take the business risk in the whole implementation process of financing strategy.The paper firstly introduces the background, significance and research ideas of the topic and reviews existing literature. Chapter 2 analyze the strategic planning of CYAP and points out the reason for the continuous development of the industrial chain and the accompanying financing motivated from the perspective of industry chain. Chapter 3 introduces the background of the industry chain financing, analyzes the inherent logic of financing behavior and industry competition conditions. Chapter 4 analyzes the risk of financing process in the next chapter. Finally, chapter 5 summarizes references and inspiration of CYAP industry chain financing process.
