High Performance Work System is a series of high performance enterprise human resource management practices. The implementation of High Performance Work System is designed to improve the staff's work quality and efficiency, which is a main way to improve the enterprise Employees' Task Performance and promote the operating efficiency of the organization. High Performance Work System doesn't directly affect Employees' Task Performance, Organizational Citizenship Behavior plays the mediation role. This thesis introduced Organizational Citizenship Behavior as an intervening variable, to study the relationship of the High Performance Work System, Organizational Citizenship Behavior and the Employees' Task Performance. The thesis also researched the influences of different dimensions of High Performance Work System on Employees' Task Performance.This thesis collected 162 valid data through online and paper questionnaire, and then used statistical analysis software SPSS16.0 to deal with these data through Sample characteristics analysis, Factor analysis, Regression analysis. The result showed that some dimensions of High Performance Work System have significantly positive effects on Employees' Task Performance which include staff recruitment and selection, training and development management, Salary welfare. Some dimensions of High Performance Work System have significantly positive effects on Organizational Citizenship Behavior which include staff recruitment and selection, training and development management, Salary welfare. The Organizational Citizenship Behavior plays a partial mediation role on High Performance Work System and Task Performance.
