With economic development, enterprises in order to expand their business scope, by way of mergers and acquisitions, increase their own value. Internet as China is currently the fastest growing new industries, experts and scholars have been concerned about its development trend.2013 is the climax of the Internet industry mergers and acquisitions, companies wanted to use the way mergers and acquisitions to expand their business scope, occupy market position, to increase their external growth. However, the acquisition is risky. In recent years, M & A failure is not uncommon. Synergy is the success factors of mergers and acquisitions, the study and evaluation of synergies, both in theory and in practice has important significance.By analyzing the characteristics of the Chinese Internet company's mergers and acquisitions, from 2012 to 2015 occurred acquisition of Internet companies as the object of study. The 2013 data as a reference, Analysis a total of four years of financial indicators, combined with the characteristics of the Internet industry mergers and acquisitions, establish a financial indicator evaluation system. Basic data analysis, principal component analysis and hypothesis testing methods, estimated for each of the main financial indicators of the acquired company composite score, in order to examine whether the financial merger synergies realized. The mean compare categorical sample synergies, analysis and evaluation of their financial synergies, the key points of the Internet industry is determined to obtain financial synergies, to help the future of the Internet industry-related companies to achieve better acquisition.
