Study On The Financial Risk Of Crowdfunding Basing On The Transmission Model: Theoretical Analysis And Countermeasure

Crowdfunding raises a new financing model as a typical representative of internet financial opinion. It can not only solve the problem of capital shortage of small or medium-sized enterprises, but also establish a multi-level capital market and financial shared value ecosystem structure. So should be for different types of project investment control period of high concentration, including increase access conditions, raise exit control diffusion channels, and optimize the shareholding is the path with the financial system, reasonable specification.
