Reseach On Developing Promotion And Application Tools Of Technological Innovation Management Methods For Enterprises

Innovation-driven development is a significant part of China's economic new normal. Facing an increasingly competitive global market, enterprises in China need to realize transformation and upgrading relying on technology innovation to raise enterprise s'core competition. But at this stage, to improve technological innovation capability of enterprises in our country, on the one hand we need to enhance the environment to increase motivation of technology innovation in enterprises. On the other hand, we need to let the enterprise choose the appropriate method to carry out the innovation. Thus, combined with the studies of the special project of Innovative Methods "Technology Innovation Management and Lean Production Integrated Development" (Item Number:2013IM030600),this thesis studies and develops on promotion and application tools of technological innovation management methods for enterprises, to provide support for enterprises to promote technological innovation ability capability.Firstly, based on analyzing the concept of method, technology innovation, innovation management and technological innovation management, this thesis suggests technological innovation management should mainly consist of technology innovation strategy management, technology innovation organization management, technology innovation project implementation management and technology innovation project cooperation management. Thus this thesis builds a system of technology innovation management methods and explains each method respectively. Secondly, according to four types of the employees in a company:research and development personnel, low and middle level managers of technology innovation, middle and senior level managers of technology innovation and other managers, this thesis discusses their demand for learning and using technological innovation management method respectively. And on the basis of this, the thesis analyzes the functional requirements for promotion and application tools of technological innovation management methods, mainly including learning content management, learning process management, the actual application management, communication management of learning and application, and the management of the system itself. Thirdly, based on the analysis of the system, this thesis selects the structure of promotion and application tools of technological innovation management methods. And then the thesis designs the system function modules:learning content management, learning process management, the actual application management, communication management of learning and application, and the management of the system itself. It also completes the design of the system database and the main interface. At last, this thesis argues the realization of the system. Using the ASP and related technology and tools, adopting SQL Server as the database, this thesis successfully develops and realizes the promotion and application tools of technological innovation management methods for enterprises to learn and use. The system has multimedia learning content and it is an interactive and case-supported open learning system, which reflects the learning process and could be practical utilized. This tool system has been practically tested and put in some relevant organization for trial.
