| Since the 21 st century,economy in China has experienced great changes.The industrial park becomes the main method of economic development.As a new mode of economic development,it has brought noticeable impacts on the economy and society.Industry cluster,as a new form of industrial organization,provides a new perspective to study the development of industrial park and becomes an urgent subject in the regional economic field.Ling Bao’s industrial park,follows the principles of industry gathering and area construction,aims at improving the quality and development of innovation.Also it promotes the service and functions.The construction of industrial parks has achieved encouraging results.Nowadays,the park has been not only the biggest platform of regional economic in Ling Bao but also a main part of the economic development in San Menxia.However,the industrial park’s construction is still at the initial stage,following with a series of problems.In order to solve the problems,it should perfect the park service,coordinate the regional resources in a scientific way,strengthen the cooperation among the same sort of enterprises,and Improve innovation ability.Then the industrial park with the powerful competitiveness has achieved the sustainable development.According to the mode of raising problems,analyzing problems,solving problems,this paper will show the important conclusions.Firstly,the thesis uses documentary research to demonstrate the relationship between the industrial park and industry cluster.Secondly,based on the theoretical studies,the paper analyzes the current development of Lingbao’s industrial park and the main problems in the process,after summing up the characteristics and the development stage of the industry cluster.Finally,the paper brings the countermeasures,combined with the inherent requirements to settle the problems and improve the degree of the industry cluster,which will play a substantial role in the development of Lingbao’s industrial park. |
