Study On Cost Optimization Of Consumable Distribution In Shipbuilding Enterprise

In shipbuilding enterprises, the phenomenon of attaching great importance to the production and despising logistics there is common, the work of cost control for logistics is weak. Consumable distribution is the first step in the manufacturing; it is also an important part of logistics cost control. Many enterprises used the traditional artificial way recipients long-term, it not only take effective operation resources and affects the speed of material supply, but also the consumable distribution is more and more serious due to many factors such as the increasing labor cost rigidity, it greatly eroded corporate profits. So the optimization study of consumable distribution costs not only can enrich the shipbuilding enterprises logistics cost control measures and can also promote the ship construction management level of ascension and enhance the enterprise the competitive ability.Based on CX shipyard consumable distribution costs as the main research object, the purpose of this article is to optimize the distribution costs, find out the current main problems of consumable distribution, analysis the reasons and put forward the way of optimization, verify the validity of the optimization through examples and put forward relevant Suggestions for improvement. Firstly, introduce the research background of shipbuilding enterprises consumable distribution cost optimization and expounds the research of theoretical significance and practical value, make review for domestic and international distribution costs optimization and ship material distribution and other related research literature and points out that the consumable distribution cost optimization has theoretical and practical value. Secondly, define consumable distribution and other related concepts, introduce the distribution and related theory of cost and delivery cost optimization provide a solid theoretical basis for the study of consumable distribution cost optimization.Then combining with the characteristics of CX shipyard consumable distribution, analyze the composition of consumable distribution costs, focus on analysis of consumption goods distribution costs the problems and reasons, emphasize the necessity of cost optimization.Thirdly, determine approach of the consumable distribution cost optimization. One is to construct a suitable and active consumable distribution; the other one is to establish atransportation cost optimization model that can satisfy the requirement of workshop time,obtain the distribution scheme including the distribution vehicle models selection and the optimal moving path. Through the comparison and analysis of the data before and after optimization verify the feasibility and effectiveness of consumable distribution cost optimization. In the end, evaluate the efficacy of the consumable distribution cost optimization, put forward a series of suggestions for the shipbuilding enterprise to promote the success of the actively distribution method in the implementation in order to reduce shipbuilding enterprise logistics costs and increase profits.
