The company credit operation is one of the most traditional businesses of commercial banks, the situation of its market expanding and development determines commercial banks’ability of profitability and sustainable development directly. With the rising of the numerous medium and small banks, the rapid development of the non-bank financial institutions and the wide usage of the direct financial tools which promote the further upgrade of competition in the financial market.Facing the narrowing operate space, it is extremely important for L Bank to figure out the way to stick to the development of the credit and load business, to stabilized its source of benefit, to tamp its operational basis. On the basis of the major theories of financial innovation in home and abroad, based on the facts of the corporate banking of L Bank, this paper put forward the expanding strategies of the corporate credit business, that is, the cooperative innovation conducted with the help of interbank channel. In practical terms, it firstly introduce the basic situation of L Bank, summarize the basic responsibility of corporate banking of L Bank, the paper summarize the deficiencies of L Bank in it. Based on these deficiencies, the paper put forward an innovative business model of the non-standard creditor’s rights investment which is conducted with the help of the interbank channel. The paper elaborates in four aspects of the cooperative innovation product, that is, the market demand, the ideas for design, the organizational system, the control of the process based on which the paper further perfect the supporting measure of the non-standard business and the next step of the innovation direction of the corporate credit business.In the paper, with the development of the non-standard business, we should combine the resource, customers and the channel superiority of corporate business with the superiority of the products, functions and value of the banks’ own investment business, banks should rebuild its relationship with its customers which is an important try of the innovative break out to traditional credit and loan business, and it is the only way of standardization and normalization for the innovation for the corporative credit business.
