The Research Of Internet Financial Industry Regulation In Our Country

Since 2013, the first year of China’s Internet finance, Internet finance industry has shown a rapid growth momentum, However, the Internet financial industry, as an emerging industry, its rapid development also brings a lot of problems, These problems indicate that the healthy and stable development of Internet financial industry can not be achieved only through market means.In this paper, it uses Internet financial industry as the research object and firstly introduces the connotation, principle and mode of Internet financial industry. Based on this, I use several Chinese current operating modes of Internet financial industry as a clue to analyze the present situation of all operating modes, their problems and security risks exist. Secondly, analyze the necessity of Chinese Internet financial industry’s regulation and identify inadequate regulation of Chinese current Internet financial industry. Finally, by drawing on the experience of the developed countries, put forward policy recommendations for the healthy and stable development of Internet financial industry. It has a great significance in promoting the healthy and stable development of Chinese Internet financial industry.
