In the industrial transfer process, in order to solve the problems that manufacturing enterprises lack of quantitative methods of migration suitability region selection, and to increase scientific and effective in choice. To improve the situation on the lack of quantitative analysis and rely on qualitative analysis, the paper focus on the issue that how to choose the migration suitability region of manufacturing firms. This paper constructed a novel quantitative method based on machine learning framework, introduction of quantized feature set on the main source of the financial characteristics and regional industry bearing system suitability theory. And Chinese 86 listed automotive manufacturing companies, for example, using random forest classifier implement adaptation prediction area.
