Small and microenterprises has played an important role in the social stability, promote urban employment, innovation, science and technology and promoting economic growth. But the funding has been the primary problem restricting the development of small and microenterprises in Xinjiang. Solving the problem of financing is an important factor affecting the long-term development of enterprises.Firstly, this paper analyzes the problems of the traditional financing model.Secondly, the theoretical analysis study.In order to find out the factors that affect problem of financing small and microenterprises, this paper established a model and market conclusions. When low-risk small businesses without collateral constraint are tight, lending institution scan distinguish between different types of risk that small and microenterprises through different contracts. When small businesses cannot provide sufficient collateral, the lender cannot distinguish the type of risk between enterprises. Thus, there for the small micro-enterprise financing difficulties on the one hand from asymmetric in form between borrowers and lenders, on the other hand from the small and micro businesses lack collateral.Thirdly, this paper combined the theoretical analysis with typical examples presenting new financing model for small and microenterprises in Xinjiang:The new financing model will be based on the actual situation in Xinjiang. It will construct a small micro-enterprise financing chain, to achieve decentralized and weakened financial risk.Finally, in order to ensure the operation of the new financing model smoothly, we put forward the corresponding policy recommendations. It has a certain theoretical and practical significance.
