Since China reformed and opened up to the world from 1990 s, significant progress has been made in Chinese pharmaceutical industry. At the same time it is also an important part of the economic development of our country. Domestic pharmaceutical enterprise marketing gradually developed, combined with its own development situation of each enterprise and enterprise nature also gradually formed its own marketing countermeasures.Years of exploration and research, the SHPL had developed a series of marketing strategies, to all-round, wide coverage of the channel model, through the contract agent, open a terminal, expand the villages and towns market, increased the diversity of pharmaceutical marketing network. And the SHPL’s marketing countermeasures had also gradually changed from the old, commissioned agent to the diversified marketing. This paper, taking SHPL Marketing countermeasure research as a breakthrough point, combined with the characteristics of the company to improve the marketing countermeasures of SHPL, and draw lessons from excellent pharmaceutical enterprise at home and abroad. The SHPL finds marketing strategies suitable for their own development rather than copy. This paper attempts to solve some problems from in-depth analysis of the present situation and market existing in the marketing process, and to the issues raised in the corresponding explanation and solution, at the same time to the proposed problem can be resolved easyly, and puts forward a series of safeguard measures.In this paper, the first chapter analysis the market situation of drug marketing at home and abroad, the second chapter describes the current marketing situation of SHPL, the third chapter analysis the problems existing in the corporate marketing process, the fourth chapter put forward corresponding improvement measures.
