| Since December 2009, the country had issued a series of policies to curb excessive growth of house prices continuously. By July 2014, real estate market had presented both overall decline and differentiation of city significantly. Difficult situation in real estate at present lead many real estate enterprises to start looking for other investment projects, especially those related to real estate, can resist policy risk or guarantee income. As a result, more and more real estate enterprises are getting involved in commercial real estate, property management, hotel and other fields. This paper is mainly concerned with Dafa real estate and comes to the transformation of the real estate enterprises in our country. Based on the theory of strategic change and other related strategic management theory, this study analyzes the external environment of Dafa real estate deeply by using PEST analysis and five model firstly and think there is stress regarding the survival of China's real estate enterprise at present, sorting out his internal resources at the same time and finding out existing problems. Using SWOT to comprehensively analyses Dafa real estate and find out his advantages and the current market opportunity, as a result, this study believe that implementing diversification strategy and transforming profit mode from traditional development to comprehensive management is the ideal path to the transformation of Dafa real estate. |
