The concept of mobile Internet is combination of mobile communication technology and Internet technology which integrates two features of them to provide users with a better service experience. Through huge investments and their own efforts, telecom industry provides a solid technical foundation for the mobile Internet. However, for the telecom industry's own management is still using traditional techniques. the telecom industry should also make good use of mobile Internet related technologies to help enterprise management.To help the telecom industry make good use of mobile Internet related technologies for enterprise management. This article design and implement a customer relationship management system in telecom industry. The system consists of a customer manager terminal and customer relationship management systems management background. Customer relationship management system management background is responsible for the entire customer relationship management system to support the management system of all customer managers and customers involved, includes a client manager, customer management, business management, information management, user rights management and other functional modules. The customer manager terminal includes personal information management, customer management, information management and other functional modules. In addition,In the development stage, the system mainly uses three kinds of technologies, which are Spring framework, Android development technology and Mongo DB database. Spring framework is mainly used to build customer relationship management system management background and to provide support to the client manager of the web services. Android development technology is mainly used in the development of client manager client. The Mongo DB is mainly used to store a number of patterns will often change the unstructured data. For the reason that the structure of customer information and business information changes easily, Thus, the present system uses Mongo DB document database to store the information. For information whose format changes less likely, in order to provide good support for the transaction, we are still using the traditional relational database My SQL to save.In this paper, the customer relationship management system for the telecom industry, which makes enterprise customer relationship management more flexible, and enable the customer manager's job is no longer limited to time and place, so as to provided good support for expanding the business benefit.
