Research On Risk Evaluation Of Logistics Finance Business In Heibei Branch Of Nanchu

Logistics finance,somehow,is a product of the development of logistics industry and financial industry.As a value-added service of the third party logistics enterprises,logistics finance has not only become a new profit-growth point,but also helps enterprises to enhance the market competitiveness,in our country,logistics financial is still in the primary stage,because of the large number of participating main bodies of logistics financial business,and the interaction of service links,the development of logistics financial business of the third party logistics enterprises are faced with many risks.This paper,focusing on the Nanchu Hebei branches as the research object,based on the survey of domestic and foreign reference related to the logistics financial service and risk control,combined with the actual situation of Hebei Nanchu branch,closely analyses the operation process and management process of logistics financial service,constitutes risk evaluation index system in the five aspects of the logistic enterprises supervision,bank operation,enterprise credit,the pledge and the external environment risk.It also establishes the risk evaluation model with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,determines the risk evaluation index system with fcuzzy analytic hierarchy process,and evaluates the risk of logistics service financial company with gray clustering analysis method.Evaluation results show that,in Hebei Nanchu branch,there are high risks in the aspects of contract risk,information systems,technical support,personnel quality,the right to pledge the right to goods,market environment and legal policy.According to the evaluation results,taking the company's risk factors of logistics financial business into consideration,this paper puts forward the countermeasures to avoid risks and to enhance the ability of risk prevention.The results of the study is significant to improve the risk control level of logistics finance in Nanchu Hebei branch of,reduce the risks in logistics financial business,and improve the revenue level of the company.It also has a certain reference value to the third party companies which conduct logistic financial business.
