With the continuous development of world economy globalization,The competition between the enterprises are growing.Every enterprise is trying to find a way to win in the market which is fit its self development.Modern enterprise management theory,new business model,advanced manufacture technology,lean production,optimized supply chain management etc.are very popular and used in each area and companies including commercial aircraft manufacturing.P company as a tier 2,tier 3 and tier 4 supplier for Airbus and Boeing,it not only has the potential advantage and good opportunity under Airbus and Boeing's strategy to develop their global outsourcing.But also is challenged by the cost reduction and price decrease request from Airbus,Boeing and tier 1 and 2 costumers.Meanwhile tier 1 and tier 2 customers prefer to transfer kinds of risks from their customer to P company in order to reduce their risk.Facing above pressure and risks from customer,P company is trying to develop its supply chain to meet customer's requirements and reduce its risks.Therefore,this paper is based on P company to study its supply chain management after reading lots of bibliographies and theories of supply chain management.And it will provide some solutions to how to optimize customer's demands management to establish strategic cooperation relationship with the supply chain,how to optimize the purchasing plan and P company's internal procedures about supply chain management.Hope there is reference function to commercial aircraft manufacturing industrial and local companies in China.
