On The Impact Of Corporate Governance Structure On Corporate Social Responsibility To Perform The Study

Made enormous achievements in economic development in our country,the inevitable brings a series of social responsibility.Mine for example,happened frequently in recent years,sanlu milk powder incident in 2008,2012,the northeast region of pine river water body pollution cases,such as cooking oil as disclosed in the case in Taiwan.Such frequent events makes people awareness of corporate social responsibility to perform rapid heating up,also encourage people to this responsibility have insight into.Along with our country to optimize the social and economic environment,policy environment gradually clear,on the other hand also reflects the improvement of social responsibility to perform the importance.So the study of corporate governance and social responsibility to fulfill in today’s society is the main content of the information theory,can make our country’s laws and regulations related to accelerate development of corporate social responsibility to fulfill,promotes the development of corporate governance theory and rich at the same time,beneficial to expand the scope of corporate governance theory,is helpful to the study of corporate social responsibility and governance.Based on the 2013-2014 Shanghai and shenzhen two city main board listed companies as the research sample,the cross section of the annual report data to embellish the spirit of universal responsibility rating(RKS)method for the tool,combined with an empirical analysis of the linear regression method,analysis and discussion on the influence of corporate governance elements of social responsibility to fulfill.Results show that the joining together of two jobs,chairman of the board of directors and general manager dong alone ratio,size of the board of supervisors and managers incentive and corporate social responsibility performance were positively related,and proportion of state shares,the sole Dong Qinmian degree are negatively related to corporate social responsibility fulfillment degree.Recommended for a general manager and chairman of two rights separation,the improvement of the independent director system,improve the supervisors working ability to expand supervision category,with the improvement of the enterprise management to promote enterprise bear the social responsibility.
