The Risk Management Research Of HZ Financing Lease Company Issued Leasing Asset Securities By XN Security Company

In this thesis, we use an example of leasing based securitization to analyze risks of finance lease-based securitization projects. As a new financing model, asset backed securitization(ABS) is a procedure that financiers issued securities by cash flow of assets. To some extent, ABS creates a new type of direct financing.Since 2006,ABS projects experienced rapid development. At the same time, the issuing models of ABS project were approved by China Securities Regulatory Commission from examination and approval system translating to record-keeping system.Due to unsound of supervision system, financing models of ABS has faced many problems. Based on this, many scholars who come from domestic or abroad made researches for these questions.Because the trading structures of ABS are very complicated, researchers can not write some theses to analyze the problems of ABS simply. Based on this dilemma, we make research from risk management of projects in finance lease-based securitization, and analyze trading structures of ABS projects. We hope that we can use this analytical approach to reflect real risks of finance leasing ABS projects. Based on these ideas, the analyses of law theory have been helped us to launched qualitative research. At the same time, AHP and SWOT analytical methods have been proposed by author to achieve quantitative research.These researches include project risk identification, project risk evaluation, project risk response and project risk management.
