Science and technology constitute a primary productive force, and technique innovation is the guarantee of "primary productive force". Technique innovation is also the core driving force of China's current economic transition. As the main body of the technological innovation, enterprises need to continuously improve the industrial technology. That can improve their own profitability, but also to promote industrial upgrading and transition, and then make the economy into a virtuous circle of sustainable development.R&D investment is the foundation of improving the capability of technological innovation, however, the high-tech R&D investment have the characteristics of high risk, high investment and long payback period, R&D achievements are public goods. It is necessary for government to take different public policies in encouraging R&D investment.For R&D investment, China has issued a series of tax incentives, however, in practice, there are many kinds of the current government-financial incentives policy, and it is lack of systematicness, enterprises have to struggle to cope with different processes and data requirements.This article is intended to summarize our current R&D government-financial incentives policy for R&D investment and analysis the problem of Company S in strive for R&D government-financial incentives policy based on the application in Company S of government-financial R&D incentive policy. And try to find out the solution by using the method of qualitative analysis and case analysis.This article consists of six chapters; the second chapter briefly elaborates government-financial R&D incentive policy and the related theory research. The third chapter summarizes our current government-financial R&D incentive policy and analyses the status of striving for government-financial R&D incentive policy in company S. The fourth chapter analyses the problem of striving for government-financial R&D incentive policy in company S, Chapter ? presents how to solving the problems put forward in Chapter ?.
