Credit Risk Research On Financial Leasing In A Project Of Wuhan Metro

At present,with the rapid development of China’s economy,finance leasing has become an important means to reduce the difficulties of financing and to promote industrial upgrading.Especially it can play an important role independently in heavy assets industry such as rail transit.Taking Wuhan metro A project as an example,this thesis has researched the application of finance leasing in the construction of infrastructure projects.First,this thesis introduces the applicable project type of financing lease and expounds the function and significance of financing lease in the construction of subway projects.In addition,with the method of literature review,this thesis has also summarized the research status at home and abroad;Based on the leasing project risk evaluation system,this thesis summarizes the key points of risk that exists in the process of projects and puts forward the solution.The design ideas of this model are as follows.First,set the credit rating index from three aspects such as quantitative,qualitative and special events.At last,Taking the A project of Wuhan Metro as an example,this thesis analyses the risk points of each link and recognized the importance of credit risk in project risk identification.this thesis briefly described the actual operation process of the internal rating model.The purpose of this thesis is to provide reference for the identification of the lessee credit risk and the design of security measures in financing lease projects.
