The Impact On Income Gap In Manufacturing Industry Of Jiangsu Province Which Foreign Trade?Utilization Of Foreign Capital Generate

Since China's reform and opening up,great changes have taken place about income distribution pattern in our country and income distribution gap is always the focus.Especially,along with the rapid development of China' trade and the utilization of foreign capital,the income gap in manufacturing industry is becoming the focus of attention.Jiangsu is one of the major provinces of economy in our country.Its trade ranks second and the utilization of foreign capital ranks first in our country.What' s more,its manufacturing industry develops rapidly.As the income increases rapidly,here come the problem of income gap.What' s the main factors that cause about the income gap? This article try to study the question from the perspective of trade and the utilization of foreign capital.On the basis of literature research at home and abroad,the article takes further theoretical and empirical research: the trade and the utilization of foreign capital how to influence the income gap in manufacturing industry in Jiangsu Province.Firstly,the article analyzes the trade ? the utilization of foreign capital and the manufacturing industry.Then,the article analyzes that the trade influences the income gap in manufacturing industry by the productivity effect ? the change of price effect and technological progress effect and that the utilization of foreign capital influences the income gap in manufacturing industry by trade effect ? industrial structure effect and technology spillover effect.Finally,the article will divide the manufacturing industry into28 industries.Based on the relevant data on Jiangsu statistical yearbook from 2005 to2014 and the panel data model,the article try to make a research that the trade and the utilization of foreign capital how to influence the income gap in manufacturing industry in Jiangsu Province.Research shows that:1.Export trade can narrow the income gap among the manufacturing industries in Jiangsu Province.When the export trade adds one unit,the income gap among the manufacturing industries can reduce 0.051 units.Import trade can expand the income gap among the manufacturing industries in Jiangsu Province.When the import trade adds one unit,the income gap among the manufacturing industries can add 0.049 units.2.Utilization of foreign capital can narrow the income gap among the manufacturing industries in Jiangsu Province.When the utilization of foreign capital adds one unit,the income gap among the manufacturing industries can reduce 0.008 units.3.Trade and utilization of foreign capital have different impacts on manufacturingindustry segment,including the direction and degree.What's more,all manufacturing segment industries has its own characteristics.So,there is income gap among the manufacturing industries.According to the research conclusion,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.
