The market of mobile communication cause much attention in 2015. On the one hand, Prime Minister Li Keqiang call out to reduce tariffs, improve the speed of the network, which brings much pressure to the three operator of communication. On the other hand, the Ministry of comprehensive require for the implementation of real-name system, customers greatly enhance integrity. With the comprehensive development of 4G,communication companies are noe facing enormous development opportunities, but also a more competitive era. How to win in the competition, and alos occupy the leading position in the market, is a strategic issue that each communication companies most concerned about. As we know, sustained price competition is not the long-term development strategy, communications companies are increasingly aware that only the strategy of customer satisfaction, is company's evergreen plan.In this context, this paper selects Hohhot Unicom for the study, based on customer satisfaction theory, and learn from home and abroad, analyzes Hohhot Unicom situation and the competitive environment, by use of questionnaires, telephone interviews and interviews of face to face to collect first-hand data of Hohhot Unicom customer's satisfaction. Through customer satisfaction evaluation methods, model building, and steps to investigate and the right to re-derive the relevant evaluation factors, this paper analyze the data to identify Hohhot Unicorn's short board in the service, and then put forward a corresponding improvement measures.Although many scholars have ever study the customer satisfaction of communications companies, but the communication business is a very rapid development of business, previous research has little information age. The innovation of this study is that it concerns the 4G development of China Unicom customer's satisfaction, which has a very high research value and timeliness.
