The Minor Grain Crops In Yulin City Response To Industralization Development

The minor grain crops in Yulin city with drought resisting and barren tolerance, such as common buckwheat, tartary buckwheat, greenbean, redbean, kidney bean, proso millet, fotail millet, sorghum, oat, lens, pea, and grass pea, plant areas that are hills and gully. Up to day, the production of minor grain crops in Yulin city has advantage to some extent, which is an important industralization in agricultural economy. However, under variation of market and position, the problems that is from industrailzation development of minor grain crops in Yulin city limit development of the minor grain crops in the future. Therefore, to obtain a refenence for industralization development, we must know about industralization current situation, find problems, and give some patterns that is benefit for industralization development of minor grain crops in Yulin city.In this paper, we used field investigation and look up literatures methods and obtained current position, such as production, process, industralization, agricultural service, industralization holding, technology training, and professional peasat. The results showed that:1, the prosuction of the minor grains crops in Yulin city has some advantages, such as narutal environment, variety resources, cooking culture, trademark, and scale industralization. Meanwhile, good production areas develop gradually. Nutritional and quality increase gradually. Product process improves gradually, and firms scale and science study enhance gradually.2, the problems of the minor grain crops in Yulin city showed that variety, production ability in scale, competitive ability in firms, region advantage, scale profit, production way in normal; moreover, that in product process showed that competitive ability in product, process ability in firms, benefit chain, process technology, and raw materials supply in stability; that in marker showed that high loss rate and cost in transportation system, mix information, trademark competitive ability, and wholesale market.3,the patterns of increasing industralization development in minor grain crops suggested that: 1) structuring core production of minor grain crops, such as foxtail millet, proso millet, buckwheat, green bean, and black bean; 2) updating process technology and developing product according to diversity and difference;3) improving physical distribution system and realizing a circulation within three hours;4) Shenmu, Suide, and Jingbian build wholesale market in the second grade, and Yulin build wholesale market in thefirst grade;5) structuring market patterns and promoting diversity trade ways.
