Research Of Buyout Fund's Role In Chinese M&A Transactions

Currently, China is in a critical stage to accelerate the transformation and upgrading of the economic structure, how to solve the imbalance of industrial structure in our country, the integration of excess capacity; To speed up the construction of multi-level capital market, help the healthy growth of small and medium-sized enterprises; Broaden the residents' personal investment channels in China, to prevent speculative behavior of the folk capital to damage the China's real economy. To promote M&A and the further development of private equity funds in our country, can effectively reduce the pressure of the economic structure adjustment in our country. To promote private equity investment fund take part in M&A, will realize the great synergistic effect. Buyout funds are the main mode of private equity funds to participate in M&A, having great impact to the economy and society in China.In this paper, the basic framework is composed of five parts. The second part mainly introduced the conception of buyout funds, the meaning of M&A and the main theories. The third part of "the development and present situation analysis of buyout funds" made a brief summary on the development of domestic M&A market, at the same time introduced the development of domestic and foreign buyout funds, put forward the opportunities and obstacles. The fourth part " research of buyout fund's role in Chinese M&A transactions " mainly under the analysis of the actual trading case with the announcement of listed companies, financial statements and other information. In order to find the role of buyout fund in different stages and make a summary.
