Urbanization is widely considered as one of the most efficient methods to address social issues in China, as it might generate dramatically positive influences on many aspects of both rural and even urban life. However, the traditional urbanization illustrates ever serious drawbacks as it placed close emphasis on improving the amount of urban population and urban sites, and expanding geographic urban scale. To be more specific, the "urban sickness" has become increasingly prominent, arable land has experienced great reduction, agricultural industry is tending to atrophy, resources are wasted, traditional culture and valuable historical are losing, and above all, people from rural areas have faced various social difficulties. The proposal of new urbanization has provided some innovative solutions to deal with problems mentioned above, however, what should be kept in mind is that social transformation, governments' active promotion, basic construction of social services and public policies, and support from citizens will create high influence on this process, in addition to the national economic growth and the accumulation of wealth. This said, the significant importance stakeholder management should not be undervalued during the promotion of the new urbanization process. As per stakeholder management models adopted in sustainable development of enterprises, this paper follows the route of "recognition-identification-suggested-recommendation", so as to achieve the efficient and effect stakeholder management goal in China's new urbanization construction. In this dissertation, the key stakeholders in the process of new urbanization, governments, urban citizens, and individuals from rural areas, are identified, by the calculation of grey correlation model. On this basis, so as to motivate these stakeholders, their demands have been analyzed, and some relevant corresponding solutions have been suggested. Besides, we highly suggest that, during the process of new urbanization, governments' dominant position should stay stable, the rights and interests of 'new citizens' should be fully protected, and the sustainable development of the urbans and people's standard of living should be guaranteed.
