The Study Of The Risk Measurement And Supervision Of The Internet Finance In China

Since 2013, with the development of Internet technology and many policies have been put forward to promote the development of internet finance, China's Internet Finance has made remarkable great achievements. But it can not be ignored is that, behind the rapid development of the Internet Finance are many hidden financial risks, and the risk seems to be getting worse, not only increase the potential instability in the financial markets and, more importantly, the healthy development of the entire financial system and the national economy had some impact. In this regard, the 2015 government work report puts forward the changes from "promote the healthy development of internet finance" to "regulate the development of internet finance". Clearly, it has very important theoretical and practical significance to study systematically and deeply on how to strengthen the measurement and supervision of the Internet financial risk and build a scientific and rational regulatory system to regulate the development problems of the Internet Finance in the current.From the related concepts of the measurement and supervision of internet financial risk, this paper first overview of the theoretical basis of this study. Next, summarize the development process of the Internet Finance and its future trends, describes the type of internet financial risks and the need to strengthen risk measurement and supervision. Again, use VaR model to measure the risk of the internet banking and the micro credit network, which providing the basis for building regulatory system. Then, analysis the current situation and problems of the regulatory of the Internet Finance, in order to find a way to further strengthen the finance supervision. Finally, combining with China's actual conditions, note the basic principles which the internet financial regulation must follow on the basis of learning from foreign advanced regulatory experience, put forward suggestions to strengthen China's internet financial supervision, such as improve the regulatory legal system; construction coordination supervision mechanism; improve the social credit system; strengthen self-discipline construction; strengthen the team building of supervision.
