Civil aviation passenger plane ride in the most basic requirement is safe and punctual,however,only to meet the basic requirement is so that passengers can not satisfied,airport in addition to the normal flight to ensure flight,also need to improve service quality,which includes the airport ground service quality.With the continuous development of the economy,the service quality of the civil aviation enterprises has been greatly improved,but the airport offers service to passengers growing demand,and the gap is still quite large.Therefore,processing and improve the quality of airport ground service is the civil aviation industry to improve the overall quality of service of important issues,how to enhance and improve the quality problem of the airport ground service and need to vigorously analysis airport is currently the management deficiencies.This theory with reality,from the definition of the concept and theory of through the analysis the status of Shenzhen airport ground service,and points out the problems existing in the Shenzhen airport ground service quality,and put forward the corresponding optimization scheme,finally gives the implementation of the program.In this study,a questionnaire survey was used to obtain 894 valid questionnaires.Through the analysis of the questionnaire,we can know that there are 6 problems in the Shenzhen airport ground service.Specifically,one is the airport traffic is low,two is the airport construction backward,three is not normal flight airport ground service level is low,the four is the airport trading price is not reasonable,the five is the lack of respect for airport security,airport six is a comprehensive service level is low.From these problems,this study designed the Shenzhen airport ground service quality optimization program.At the same time,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the program,this study proposes 4safeguards: to strengthen the airport information construction,improve the personnel training system,build a suitable corporate culture and strengthen the leadership and so on.
