The Empirical Analysis Of Venture Capital Factors Affecting On Inner Mongolia

With the advent of the era of knowledge economy,the development of venture investment in the financial market is playing a more and more important role.Especially in promoting the development of small and medium-sized enterprises play an underestimate the role of the above,but also accelerated the process of transformation of scientific and technological achievements to industrial products,own also obtained the leap-forward development in recent years.All countries in the world are actively promoting the development of venture investment,venture investment funds in the financial markets are development in every field,Venture investment is referred to as "the engine of economic growth".Venture investment in the Inner Mongolia autonomous region started in 1998,since 2008 development on track,Inner Mongolia region is implementing the "8337" development ideas mentioned in eight development localization,the guidelines with preference closely matched startup investment enterprise in China in recent years,further promotes the development of emerging industries,to promote scientific and technological progress and innovation in Inner Mongolia region,financial system reform and realize the upgrading of industrial structure and so on all play a positive role.Under such background,the research in Inner Mongolia is of important significance for the development of venture investment.First,this paper introduces the basic research ideas and methods,this paper summarizes the previous literature review of experts and scholars,and analyzes the theoretical foundation of the venture investment system,study and understand the work of follow-up.Secondly,under the background analysis of the status quo of China's venture investment,venture investment development in Inner Mongolia and other major provinces,venture investment development experience and draw lessons from the United States and South Korea.Again described present situation of venture investment system in Inner Mongolia,and summarizes the existing problems.In this paper,we study the influence factors of venture investment development in Inner Mongolia,and carry on the empirical analysis,this is the main innovation point in this paper.In this paper,using SPSS statistical analysis tools,the selection of Inner Mongolia in 2007-2013 of venture investment scale as the dependent variable,because of the Inner Mongolia region statistics of venture investment scale is limited,only to the empirical analysis to these seven years of data,selected independent variable indicators is limited,on the basis of summarizing the related research,direct selection index reflecting economic environment of GDP,unemployment rate,long term loan interest rate;Index reflecting government support of finance for education spending;Reflect the science and technology input and output indicators of R&D spending and patent application number.In finishing on the basis of these data on the dependent variable and independent variable do factor analysis,the results of the analysis of Inner Mongolia venture investment by these factors,the influence of different level of GDP,R&D spending,spending on education,patent application and venture investment scale were positively correlated,urban registered unemployment rate and negatively correlated with long-term interest rates.Inner Mongolia exist many problems and the development of venture capital development bottleneck restricting the development of venture capital of Inner Mongolia,Based on empirical analysis,concluded that the combined results of empirical analysis relevant recommendations for the development of venture capital development in Inner Mongolia.
