Research On Information Disclosure Of Investor Relations Activities

In recent years, Investor relation activities have much influence on stock price, which as an important means of fair information disclosure, get more and more attention of the capital market and investors. This article make study on the twenty-seven times specific object research and their recorded files from 4th July 2012 to 31st December 2014. After analysis the following issues are found:Institutional investors benefit from specific object research; the information disclosure of company is not fair; the website of investor relations management is not consummate; the lack of external power to promote the management of investors relation; the recorded list of investor relations activities can't be trusted by the investors; the structure of enterprise administration is not beneficial for investor relations management. The suggestions is given for the D company as below:establish an independent department of investor relations management; consummate the crisis management and promote the awareness of crisis management; optimize the website construction of investor relations management; hire a professional consulting company of investor relations management. All we do in this article is aimed to help the D company to disclose formation more completely and more fairly, to get the confidence and trust of capital markets and investors, thereby reducing the cost of finance, to maximize the value of company.
