Enterprise is an economic organization,as well as a social organization.It’s the main research object of economics.Enterprises,as the most dynamic and the most basic part of the market economy,its sustainable development is the inevitable requirement of healthy economic development.So,how to correctly understand the relation between the enterprise and society.How to scramble nature and law of enterprise economic behavior from the macroscopic background of the framework.I think that,we can study the construction process of the corporate social responsibility from the perspective of corporate social responsibility and the profound influence on the enterprise survival and development.The concept of corporate social responsibility originated in the early 20th century in western countries.After that,various periods of corporate social responsibility has different degree and scope of the research and practice.Today corporate social responsibility has become a hot issue that is concerned by scholars,legislators,businessmen,and the whole society.The theoretical circle ’s study of corporate social responsibility focus on economics,management and law.But sociology ’s study is less.However,corporate social responsibility is extremely color words of sociology that is an organic part of social significance in the economic system.this paper analyses the inside and outside of the construction of corporate social responsibility and the interaction relationship between subject from the new economic sociology,It based on the embedding theory and the theory of social construction and make the research that based on the reliable theory to provide a theoretical framework.for us to recognize and understand the practice process of corporate social responsibility.In this paper,vanke is the research object and analyzes the formation process of vanke through social construction theory and embedding theory and using the research strategies of "process--event analysis".I describes the internal logic and dynamic evolution mechanism;Through this event,corporate social responsibility in the current China society’s is important value providing valuable analytical thinking with the micro and macro level for us to deal with practical problems in the development of the enterprise and explore the road of modern corporate governance reform.This thesis can be divided into six parts:The first chapter is introduction,including the research background and research significance,the case study method and the applicability of the "process-event analysis" method;The research status of corporate social responsibility theory at home and abroad.Study thought,the possible innovation and deficiency.The second chapter mainly introduces the theoretical analysis of corporate social responsibility and the theoretical basis of construction of corporate social responsibility.In order to study effectively,the author will organize the development of corporate social responsibility,corporate social responsibility definition,main content,and the basic theory.On this basis,mainly introduces the embedding theory of new economic sociology,social construction theory and the construction of political-cultural embedded perspective view.The third chapter mainly introduces the historical development of vanke,social responsibility,the main content and objectively analysis the vanke positive and negative parts in the process of formation and development of corporate social responsibility.The fourth chapter mainly analyse internal and external causes of the construction of corporate social responsibility and the relationship between the main body in a dynamic and comprehensive view by using the new economic sociology to provide a theoretical framework for explaining process of corporate social responsibility construction.The fifth chapter is mainly in the description of "vanke battle of equities " event and organise event context,analyze the source and the essence of the struggle,points out that the value choice of corporate social responsibility oriented is the optimal method to solve the current battle and realize the sustainable development of vanke.Through the study of the event,further advance our deep understanding of the event,and verify the sociological theory’s interpretation of reality.Chapter 6 summarizly point out that although there is no results of the vanke battle,it’s researchers ’s duties to focus on hot issues,understand social reality,solove and look forward to the social problems.Research significance about vanke has exceeded the research itself.vanke is not only a model but also a microcosm of Chinese corporate management.It has a example power and a wake-up call.for Chinese enterprises.
