The state-owned enterprises belong to the whole people.They are important forces to promote the modernization of the country and protect the common interests of the people,also they are important material basis and political foundation for the development of our party and state undertakings.The reform of state-owned enterprises has always been the focus and difficulty of China's economic system reform.With the continuous introduction of a series of reform policies and guidance,how to make the corporate governance structure more sound,to ensure that the internal management staff can get a promotion on and demotion properly?employees can get enter and leave the company freely?income can increase or decrease and the more perfect market mechanism become one of the most urgent problems.Because of its own state-owned nature,state-owned enterprises are not fully embodied in the role of resource allocation in the internal market economy.The most prominent aspect is the salary system of employees:On the one hand,the modern enterprise system is not perfect and the efficiency of state-owned capital operation needs to be further improved;On the other hand,due to the lack of a reasonable incentive system,the enthusiasm of the staff failed to get the necessary mobilization.To this end,this paper focuses on the management of state-owned enterprises?business performance and staff salaries as the research focus,hoping to provide reference for the future reform of state-owned enterprises.The paper uses some methods like literature review and evaluation?the concept and theoretical basis of induction?empirical model testing and analysis to analyze the relationship between the main state-owned enterprise management power?staff salaries and business performance.The selected data in this paper is the listed state-owned enterprise data of 2011-2015 five years of Shanghai and Shenzhen A shares,through the establishment of models,the use of statistical methods,empirical analysis to draw conclusions.It is hoped that through the research of this paper,it can provide theoretical support and practical suggestions for the state-owned enterprises that need to realize the salary performance change.
