At present,the domestic market of foreign dairy giant baby raging like a storm,foreign dairy giant inroads into the domestic market,cross-border electricity,and scouring the sea,actively seize the market,maternal and child products prices also showed downward trend,also national milk deal regulate the market and the more stringent requirements,these are to the baby food industry brings great challenge,industries and enterprises are faced with a severe test.As the first brand of domestic milk powder Beingmate has encountered a bottleneck,the advantage of the milk business encountered sales decline,net profit reduction,new business and requires a lot of resources to support.Beingmate’s marketing channel optimization and change,the main business to achieve strong is the priority of the current.Bein the marketing channel optimization is to customers as the centers of innovation,to the needs of various market segments of consumer products and services as the center,give full consideration to the challenges and opportunities brought about by technological innovation to promote enterprise’s overall optimization.The Beingmate through the marketing channels of the business level of optimization,the reform of the entire marketing channel system,to establish the core competitiveness of Beingmate in the maternal and infant industry.This paper takes Beingmatecompany as the research object,and studies the strategy of the transformation and upgrading of the marketing channel system of Beingmatecompany.In this paper,the author studies the theory of marketing channel system,to define the concept of marketing channels and related theories,followed by analysis of the maternal and infant industry marketing channel of the market competition environment,different channel system advantages and disadvantages,the evolvement and the development trend of again according to bein the company’s status,customer demand characteristics analysis the bein marketing channel system,the existing problems,to clear bein marketing channel system optimization direction.Finally according to the guiding ideology of the marketing channel optimization for guiding research to promote bein marketing channel system optimization of main content,including the marketing channel mode,the optimization of marketing channel structure optimization,relationship marketing channel optimization.
