The Design Research Of Mobile Banking Based On Perceived Security

The development of mobile Internet technology provides a more exclusive and convenient platform for online financing.As a result,mobile banking is becoming a new extension of banking services,while the security issue has always been the primary consideration to mobile banking's process.Today,people tend to focus on security technology of mobile banking and ignore the importance of the subjective side of security of mobile banking.The purpose of this study is to focus on the subjective security problem in mobile banking.The relationship between perceived security and design element in mobile banking could be found in this research.With the help of design,users security awareness would be improved.Also,they would be more willing to behave in security when using the mobile banking.The study was based on grounded theory methodology.Firstly,21 interview transcriptions and 139 network evaluations were collected for coding under the grounded theory method.Then the mobile banking security perception theory framework was build to explain the factors which influence mobile banking users perceived security.Through theoretical framework,interface design elements and feedback design were found to be the internal influencing factors which affect the perceived security of mobile banking.In order to verify the discovery,case study was conducted to analyze the Construction Bank mobile banking's design under the guidance of the framework and the upgraded design of mobile banking was development.Finally,the experimental method was used to compare the Construction Bank mobile banking with the upgraded one in the aspect of users' security awareness and users behavior when using mobile banking.The experimental result illustrated that with the help of the mobile banking security framework,users' security awareness are improved and they became more willing to behave securely when using the upgraded mobile banking.
