Process Research Of Rural Pledge Of Stock Rights-based Loan Business Of VX Rural Commercial Bank

In recent years,the urban-rural integration has promoted the agricultural industrialization and the rural urbanization,fundamentally changing the farmers,agriculture and rural areas.Under this background,the rural financial services have turned from dominated agricultural production into diversified retail,and that of the market positioning has expanded to individual business owners,private companies and economicorganizations involving in farmers,agriculture and rural areas.To develop inclusive finance,the rural commercial banks need to resolve the three “last mile” problems of customers,channels and services.The rural pledge of stock rights-based loan,a financial product featuring the three “last mile” service ideas,is the product of inclusive finance in the development process of urban-rural integration,which would provide experience and practice for the implementation of rural finance and the rural commercial banks to build inclusive finance system.The paper systematically elaborated the process design and optimization of rural pledge of stock rights business of VX Rural Commercial Bank.It firstly introduced the relevant theories of pledge of stock rights and then based on the external environment and internal conditions of VX Rural Commercial Bank,discussed the conditions for implementation of rural pledge of stock rights-based loan business,the process design as well as the implementation results.The business process of pledge of stock rights of VX Rural Commercial Bank was also analyzed and reviewed from multi perspectives.Under the current conditions of rural finance and business background of VX Rural Commercial Bank,the research on the rural pledge of stock rights-based loan process of the bank in the aspects of rural stock rights,business process building and optimization,systemimprovement and implementation results as well as the specific solutions the paper provided are of importance for the promotion and development of rural pledge of stock rights business in China.The paper also provided a relatively systematic and realistic basis for further research on rural pledge of stock rights-based loan business,having some practical significance and referential value.
