For oil development units,to comprehensively improve their ability,in the process of development,can not pay attention to some places,but also ignored some places.With oil development unit in Shengli Oilfield as an example,the unit is a more focused on the production process of the unit,in some places is relatively weak,such as promotion,marketing and brand building are very weak.If the oil development unit of Shengli Oilfield in the development process to continuously improve their market competitiveness and really in the market occupies a space for one person,we must take certain measures to its brand construction.For brand building,the method is more,for example,you can build a strategic culture,enhance brand building.The strategic culture on petroleum development unit in Shengli Oilfield are analyzed about,and established a scientific and reasonable strategy of cultural development,for it,the strategy of oil development unit of Shengli oil field,whether it is sustainable development,and enhance their market competitiveness has great reference,for China’s oil security strategy also has important significance.A review of the development history of petroleum development unit in Shengli Oilfield,the unit has achieved great victories,of course,at the same time,also has many problems,which are summarized in this paper is in place.This paper also analyzes the situation,can be seen in petroleum exploitation of Shengli oil field is the achievement of brand strategy,but also problems exist at the same time,of course,the problem will be more;there are a lot of advantages,there are also many disadvantages,but the advantage of more;have the opportunity,there are challenges,more opportunities in China in foreign countries,some more challenges.The factors which influence the brand strategy culture are very many,such as the political factor,economic environment,technical condition and so on.In this paper,a detailed analysis of these factors is carried out.Some multinational oil companies and the three major oil companies of China’s brand strategy and culture are also carried out in-depth study.On the basis of these studies,the paper puts forward important suggestions for the oil development units of Shengli Oilfield.Under the guidance of relevant theory,the prospect of oil development unit in Shengli oil field is very considerable.
