Research On Earnings Quality Evaluation Of Forestry Listed Companies

Earnings quality as an exceptional financial indicators, the enterprise in a certain accounting period operating results, is an important indicator of performance evaluation of enterprise managers. In recent years, domestic and foreign financial fraud case so that investors and the public awareness of the importance of quality characteristics of accounting earnings, corporate earnings quality is not only standard to judge performance of the company, but also an important basis for investors to invest. Forestry is the country’s basic industries is of great significance to the construction of ecological civilization, so the earnings quality of listed companies to evaluate forestry research is important.In this paper, normative and empirical research method of combining forestry earnings quality of listed companies to evaluate research. The first part introduces the research background, significance and research ideas and methods described herein; the second part of the financial and non-financial level, level view of a literature review study abroad, study abroad and literature review were reviewed; third section elaborates the connotation and definition of earnings quality, earnings quality factors theoretical basis of the study and earnings quality. The fourth part introduces the concepts of forestry development status of listed companies and the forestry industry, the quality of the core features of earnings quality as the basis, a representative selected 11 indicators, the establishment of a forestry Earnings Quality Evaluation System, select factor analysis method of Forestry listed companies’ earnings quality evaluation model. The fifth paper selected 2012-2014 33 owned forest forestry assets of listed companies as a sample analyzed using factor analysis of earnings quality, earnings quality composite score draw and analyze. The sixth part from the external environment and internal aspects of the development of the forestry industry in a number of recommendations. The seventh part summarizes the results of evaluation of forestry listed companies as well as the quality of earnings and prospects limitations of this study.The innovation of this paper is less domestic literature studies on forestry Earnings quality evaluation studies. Therefore, we have selected 33 forest forestry assets of listed companies, the use of factor analysis, select the appropriate model to evaluate earnings quality of listed companies in China’s forestry research, forestry enterprises able to learn more about the overall quality level of earnings, investors effectively the allocation of resources, so that business owners understand the problems within the enterprise. This will help improve the quality of earnings of listed forestry companies lay the foundation for better development of the forestry industry.
