The Research On Operational Risk Management Of Branches Of G Securities Company

Securities companies in China being in a critical period of development, with the rapid development of Internet technology, financial innovation emerge in endlessly, all kinds of financial products and services showing the characteristics of complexity, operational risk branches of the securities company are more changeable, and gradually increasing.There is only one choice for G securities company, which is to improve the recognition of operational risk, to find the root of operational risk,to study how to fight against operational risk effectively.In this paper, using literature analysis clear up risk management relevant theoretical knowledge. There are three methods, including induction and deduction method, fishbone diagram analysis and analytic hierarchy process(AHP) to justify G securities company operating risk identification and evaluation. performance characteristics and root of operational risk are analyzed and concluded through qualitative research. Meanwhile the frequency and importance of every type of operation risk were evaluated through quantitative analysis method. risk factors and measures were proposed by means of scientific analysis, the use of data mining technology such as statistics, comparison.After evaluating the risk identification, there are two ways of solutions according the frequency and importance.To clarify the operation risk branches of securities company in our country, the related research must go further in branches of securities company of organization system, internal control system, human resource management and business management line, and many other aspects. Secondly, dig into the root causes of operational risk,basing on typing of branches of operational risk. There is no way to avoid operational risk. The operational risk of G securities company is complex and diverse.Thirdly, basing on quantifying the frequency and importance of operation risk analysis, put forward including perfecting internal processes,measures of human resource management, etc. Through the study of the qualitative and quantitative analysis of operational risk,provides method and countermeasures of operating risk management for securities companies.
