Value creation is company final mission.It is a measure about the development of company,an important symbol of growth,but also the core of M&A.The run of the method of capital also served as the company strategy.Enhance the value of the M&A is company core aim.As a form of enterprises foreign direct investment,Overseas M&A plays an important role in the globalization of economic activities and a significant impact on the structure of the countries and the global economy.Through overseas M&A,Chinese enterprises can also achieve comprehensive improvement of enterprise competitiveness relying on technology,network,brand and experience of the acquired companies.Under the above background,this article Analysis of enhances the value of GEELY Group Company post-merger Volvo Enterprises.The thesis is divided into five chapters: the first chapter describes the research background and significance,research current situation,Research content as well as research technology roadmap.The second chapter reviews the concepts of mergers and acquisitions,M&A types,M&A motivation,Value theory.It is the theoretical foundation of the case analyzed below.The third part,for the integration of environment and the acquisition of Geely's acquisition of Volvo's are analyzed,including Geely and Volvo,Geely's acquisition of Volvo survey enterprise environment analysis,Geely's acquisition of Volvo integration analysis etc.In the fourth part,the value of's acquisition of Volvo is analyzed from the angle of financial value,brand value,management value,production value and marketing value.The fifth part puts forward the countermeasures to enhance the value of Geely's acquisition of Volvo,specifically from the synergistic effects by creating enterprise value and financial value promotion strategy,enhance brand value,enhance the value of production strategies,enhance the management value,marketing strategies to enhance the value of countermeasure analyse.
